In particular, the hotel service industry struggled with the decrease in revenue and affected the ability to develop according to the set goals. Realizing that the development of a touchless model for hotels still has a lot of potentials, the application of touchless hotels in the tourist city of Vung Tau is considered to analyze in the post-pandemic period. By reviewing papers and interviewing four managers in luxury hotels in Vung Tau, the study identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for applying touchless hotels in Vung Tau.
