The research is carried out for the purpose of providing an overview of the formation and development of public art in Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City and find out the influencing factors, the relationship between public art and cultural space; thereby building some solutions to connect the public art and cultural space of Ho Chi Minh to keep the soul and promote cultural values in the economic locomotive city in Vietnam.
